Scope of Service Experience

Christopher has over 7 years experience in the commercial real estate and architectural industry, in which he has represented over a half-dozen Fortune 500 companies. He directs a full range of real estate activities on a local, national and global range, which include corporate account management, site selection, tenant/landlord representation, acquisition, disposition and overall market analysis.
Christopher has brokered in excess of $27 million worth of real estate transactions, equating to 1.5 million square feet of retail, industrial and office space; and developer of over 80,000 square feet of commercial retail real estate.
In addition to real estate services, Christopher offers consultation to corporate and retail clients in the form of conceptual site planning, space layout and overall building design. His architectural background provides his clients with a valued tool, which allows an all in one vision, approach and solution.
